Nissan 200 SX Turbo
mit  Boost Cooler Stage 2 Wassereinspritzung


I use the windscreen washer bottle for w/m mix. Pump fitted lower than bottle. Windscreen washer bottle give us the use of the led indicating low level status of w/m mix.


Here you can notice the injection nozzle just above left to the BOV, about 6 inches from the TB.

2.      Cooling:
NO front mount intercooler, but rather Snowperformance water methanol injection. Straight 76 mm stainless steel pipe connection from turbo to throttle body. Currently one active injection nozzle 175 ml/min. (To be upgraded to dual nozzles like 225 and 60 ml/min).Water/Methanol mix 50/50 according to weight and not volume.


Forced Induction:
Garret T28 turbo. Downpipe76 mm, connecting to 63 mm exhaust free flow (to be replaced by 76 mm free flow). Boosting 1 bar, based timing advanced 3 degrees. Manual boost controller. Sequential BOV
 

4.      Management:
Stock ECU with DASTEK unichip piggy back.
 

5.      Engine:
ca18dets13 with 1 mm oversized Nissan pistons. Normal Payen head gasket.
 

6.      Fueling:
95 Unleaded. Stock injectors 370cc. Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator. Bosch fuel pump.

7.      Stock intake filter. Viscous fan stock. Stock shocks.   
 

8.      Drive train:
Copper button(6 puk) clutch with double frame pressure plates. Stock gearbox with short shifter.
 

9.      Brakes: Powerbrake upgrade front.

10.  Strut braces front and rear.
